HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do! We are trying to offer the most reasonable shipping rates. If you have any questions please email our shipping department at shipping@apothekeco.com and we will be happy to help you.

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are only required to charge tax in the State of NY. Everywhere else is not charged tax.

 

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK.

We do our best to keep all of our products in stock. Once in a while we need a day or two to catch up. As always please email us with any questions and we would be happy to tell you the date the item is expected back in stock. 

 

ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS SCENTED WITH ESSENTIAL OILS?

All of our skin products are scented and only use all natural, plant based products. Our Candles have 100% All natural Soy Wax and Fragrance oils for strong, long lasting fragrance. Our diffuser's also have fragrance oils in them - That's what make them fill a room so very nicely!

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY APOTHEKE CANDLE?

Apotheke candles have an average burn time of 50-60 hours if cared for properly. Here are some tips to get the most out of your Apotheke Candle. 

Always light your candle for 3 hours the first time to create an even burning candle.

To preserve the fragrance, do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Before each burn trim the wick to 1/8" to avoid black smoke and residue.

Always remove wick debris.

If the wick requires centering, readjust it to the center (only when the candle is unlit).

Allow the candle to solidify before relighting.

Always burn on a flat, stable fireproof surface.

Do not burn the candle when less than 1/4" of wax remains in the glass.

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY? 

We allow returns for unopened items up 7 days upon receipt. We do not provide return labels for returned merchandise. We will credit your card upon receipt of product.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We love to step outside our brand and offer custom private label. Please email us at info@apothekeco.com for minimums and pricing. Please be as specific as possible when explaining what you are looking for. 


HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

It all depends on what the job requires but minimum time is 8-10 weeks.
